Terms of service

Payment

1. Accepts payment only by PayPal Invoice. Customers from Poland can also pay with Blik.
2. It only accepts USD and PLN currencies.
3. Payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be canceled.
4. I start work only after receiving the full amount.
5. Payments may be split 50%.
6. Does not accept payments in cryptocurrencies.
7. A full refund is only available for 24 hours after payment has been accepted and no work has been started.
8. The price may increase in the case of high complexity of work and a large number of corrections.
9. The second character increases the price of the drawing by 50%.
10. Refunds are available only before I begin the work on your commission/order.

General

1. I reserve the right to use my work in my own portfolio and social media.
2. I do not consent to the use of my work for commercial purposes or for the needs of artificial intelligence.
3. I do not create content that is in any way harmful, inconsistent with my beliefs or that makes me uncomfortable.
4. I may withdraw from the order for reasons not covered in the regulations.
5. I do not consent to editing finished works.
6. It is forbidden to use the works as merch. Commercial use is possible only after prior arrangement.
7. References should be SFW or censored. Ask for consent before sending NSFW references.
8. The waiting time for the finished work depends on the complexity and number of orders. I inform about the approximate time of completion.
9. I regularly inform about the progress.

For fursuit

Fursuit orders are currently only available to people from Poland.1. If there are any manufacturing defects within 1 year of use, free repairs are guaranteed. The customer only bears the shipping costs. This does not apply to damages resulting from improper use.
2. Do not machine wash the fursuit head. Hand wash only, in accordance with common knowledge on caring for the fursuit head.
3. Complex designs and/or the use of more than 3 fur colors increase the price of the fursuit.
